What if I have an emergency?
If an emergency arises during business hours, please call us and explain your pet’s symptoms. We can tell you if we are able to assist you or if it would be necessary to refer you to an emergency hospital for more intensive care. If outside of normal business hours, please contact Central Texas Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital at 512-892-9038 or Austin Veterinary Emergency and Specialty (AVES) at 512-343-2837. Their staff are well-trained in emergency veterinary procedures and both clinics are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
What are your hours?
We are open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday through Friday.
On Saturdays, we are open from 8:30 AM to 12 PM (noon).
We are closed Sundays.
How often should my pet have an exam?
We recommend wellness exams every six months. Remember, six months to a dog or cat amounts to 2 – 4 years of human aging. A lot can happen in that time, and issues left untreated can cause additional damage with more complex treatments and greater expense.
